According to a news report from TheChronicleHerald.ca, “Just weeks after selling their high-end Italian eatery, da Maurizio, Maurizio and Stephanie Bertossi announced they are working on a new restaurant project. In an interview, Ms. Bertossi says Pizzeria A Mano “will be funky little pizza shop” at Bishop’s Landing that will feature appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, desserts and an a great selection of wines that will be available next door at Bishop’s Cellar.”
