Buffalo, NY­ Bill Gisel, president and CEO, Rich Products Corporation, has announced that Rich’s has reached an agreement to acquire GLP Free Manufacturing of Grand Island, New York. 
 
The acquisition of GLP Free Manufacturing, a gluten-free baked goods manufacturing company, is an opportunity for Rich’s to further its investment and growth in Western New York while continuing to build its healthy products portfolio.
