Louisville, CO (Jan. 29, 2007) – Old Chicago Restaurants, a division of Rock Bottom Restaurants, Inc. announced today it implemented a fresh, new menu at all locations nationwide.  Old Chicago is offering four new items to its menu and bringing back three specialty pizzas including its: “King of Hearts,” “Taos,” and “Say Cheese”. 

The new menu will also include more opportunities for customization.  Chicago-style crust will not only be available in individual-size pizzas but will now be available in Medium and Large sizes as well.  Old Chicago is also expanding its lunch card offerings to include sandwich and soup or salad combo featuring a ½ sandwich combined with a choice of soup or salad.  Old Chicago’s new menu will feature the following four new items:
·                     Chicken Penne Piccata – Garlic roasted chicken breast and penne pasta tossed in a buttery sauce of white wine, capers, sun-dried tomatoes and lemon juice.
·                     Chicken Giovanni – Grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, spinach, artichoke hearts, Anaheim peppers and sweet bell peppers tossed in a white wine sauce with penne pasta. 
·                     The Fisherman’s Catch – A combination of Sam Adams beer-battered cod fillets with six crispy shrimp, all lightly fried and served with sides of tarter sauce and cocktail sauce, coleslaw and salt and vinegar fries.
·                     Brownie Mousse Pie – Rich fudge-style homemade brownie, baked with semi-sweet chocolate chips, topped with a smooth and chilled chocolate mousse, garnished with toasted almonds and whipped cream. Deliciously decadent!
“The new menu truly illustrates our commitment to our guests and brand.  We’re proud to bring back some old time favorites and introduce some new items to the mix,” said Gretchen Paules, OC Director of Marketing.  “Customization options are what our guests want, so we continue to expand our made from scratch crust offerings to meet this need,” explained Paules.
