OMAHA, NE (January 4, 2007) If you haven’t been to The Amazing Pizza Machine, you haven’t experienced the Best New Family Entertainment Center in the country – and now in Omaha.
 
          Open only four short months when voting began, The Amazing Pizza Machine has been named the Best Family Entertainment Center according to Omaha Magazine’s 15th Annual Best of Omaha Contest.
 
          This award follows on the heels of The Amazing Pizza Machine beingnamed the Best New Family Entertainment Center for 2006 by the entertainment industry’s leading trade association, the International Association for the Leisure and Entertainment Industry (IALEI). In addition, IALEI awarded The Amazing Pizza Machine Best Counter Food Service Display award. 
 
          The Amazing Pizza Machine opened its doors in April 2006 in a 65,000 square- foot building in Millard. It offers guests food, rides and scores of games – in other words, it’s a dream-come true for kids of all ages. 
 
          The buffet features 100 different items including pizza, pasta, salad and dessert bars and more. The Amazing Pizza Machine has four themed dining rooms where big screen televisions play sporting events, movies and cartoons. 
 
          More than 140 games and 10 amusement-park-like rides and attractions, continue the entertainment theme at The Amazing Pizza Machine. While the younger set will want to spend time in Busy Works where the games and rides are scaled to fit them, rides such as the Wild Ride roller-coaster and Cogswell’s Crazy Bumper Cars will attract the “tweens” and teens. The entire family will enjoy Spaghetti Bowl bowling and Glow in the Dark Golf, and Dad and Mom will be right there in line to get behind the wheel of one of eight racecars on the Coca-Cola® Grand Spree Race Track.
 
          Voting in the Best of Omaha 2007 Contest was limited to one on-line vote per person and individuals were required to complete answers to at least 20 of the 100 categories in order for their ballot to be counted. Individuals were asked to vote for the business that in their opinion represents of “Best of Omaha.”
