T. Marzetti Foodservice is practically an institution in the food business. The company dates back to 1896, when immigrant Teresa Marzetti opened her own restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. “We will start a new place and serve good food,” she said at the time. “At a profit if we can, at a loss if we must, but we will serve good food.”

T. Marzetti can help you serve good pizza, too, with this unique pulled-pork recipe that pairs tangy barbecue sauce with the zesty flavor of two types of cheeses – cheddar and Monterey Jack.

It’s sweet, bold, cheesy and guaranteed to satisfy. Try it out, and let us know how you liked it!

Ingredients:
1 pizza crust
4 oz. sweet and bold barbecue sauce
8 oz. pulled pork
3 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
3 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
