The month of July was named for Rome’s first emperor, Julius Caesar. Maybe that’s why Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings chose July to debut its limited-time Caesar menu, now available at all 50 locations across Florida, New York, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.

The menu showcases Anthony’s take on the classic Caesar in the form of three new offerings.

Topping the list is the Coal Fired Caesar Pizza. The crust is brushed with garlic oil and topped with mozzarella, then finished with romaine lettuce tossed in housemade Caesar dressing, bacon, hand-grated Romano cheese and a swirl of Caesar dressing. It sells for $25.99, and guests can add coal-fired chicken for an additional $6.99.

There’s also a Chicken Caesar Sandwich, pairing coal-fired chicken breast with romaine tossed in Caesar dressing and Romano, all served on homemade focaccia bread. It’s available for $10.99 (small) and $14.99 (large), and bacon can be added for $2.99.

The third item is a Classic Caesar Salad with romaine, Romano and focaccia croutons for $10.99 or $14.99. Bacon or chicken can be added for an additional price.
