Mountain Mike’s Pizza has launched its Mountain Rewards loyalty program and a revamped mobile app, offering members the chance to earn personalized rewards as they enjoy a “visually enhanced, user-friendly and streamlined mobile ordering experience.”

The new mobile app, featuring the Mountain Rewards program, was developed in partnership with Level Up. It allows users to place and customize orders from Mountain Mike’s full menu, complete with product and ingredient images, and to schedule deliveries or carryout service, order ahead for dine-in, save payment information, send digital gift cards, earn one point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases, and track and redeem rewards and offers.

Mountain Mike fans who download the app will instantly receive $5 off their first order and earn additional rewards with every new order.

Mountain Mike’s Pizza has more than 235 locations across California, Oregon and Utah.

“We continue to innovate our digital offerings to make enjoying our legendary pepperoni pizza easier than ever, as well as reward our loyal fans for choosing Mountain Mike’s for over 40 years,” said Jim Metevier, president and COO of Mountain Mike’s. “Users can pile on the rewards—just like their pizza toppings—while enjoying a seamless, personalized ordering experience. After implementing our new visual platform and adding more personalization options, the process of building your custom pizza on the app is a lot of fun, too!”

Guests who track their purchases in the mobile app will gain access to exclusive offers, like a free side on their second visit, birthday rewards, $5 incentives to invite friends to download the app, and the chance to climb the ranks from “Base Camp” to “Mountain Guide” to “Trail Blazer” with every order. Rewards escalate with status and are tailored to the individual preferences of the guest.

According to a Mountain Mike’s press release, the mobile app enhancements and robust loyalty program are “just the next steps in the brand’s continued focus and investment in anticipating and meeting guests’ needs through technology by placing control of the experience at their fingertips.”
