When Jim's Pizza Box was destroyed by fire, owner Jim West put his energy into making the 37 year old pizzeria better than ever.

Although the original location is at 10 Main St., Milan, they also have opened a second restaurant in Huron at 819 Main St.

The Mansfield News Journal reports that earlier this year, the Milan location suffered a devastating blow when a fire destroyed most everything. Restaurant employees, several of whom have worked there for decades, shed many tears.

Located in the birthplace of Thomas Edison, Jim's was too much a part of the community to let go, so they rebuilt Jim’s in a grand way, including a larger kitchen, a spacious open dining room, a private party room and the game room.
