Bill Rogers of CulinaryTV and Treasure Rock Productions is visiting pizzerias and food trucks across the U.S. for PMQ Pizza Magazine, and the latest stop on his PMQ Road Trip is King of Fire, a hugely popular food truck out of Fort Mill, South Carolina, that also serves the Charlotte, North Carolina area.

Rogers chats with owner/chef Siler Chapman about his wood-fired pizzas and how choosing the right cheese makes a huge difference in taste and customer satisfaction. Chapman, who has been featured on NBC’s “Today,” ABC’s “Good Morning America” and “Ellen,” notes that his catering service is doing a booming business as well. “This year alone, we’re going to rock out over 40 weddings,” he says.
