"Do you like pizza? Do you like a variety of pizzas? Do you like new and exotic pizzas? Do you, your friends, and family agree on who makes the best pizza in the Exeter area?
For only $8 per person you can eat all the pizza you want and vote for "Best Pizza in the Exeter Area" at the 2nd Annual Kiwanis Pizza Bowl on Jan. 26. Children under 6 years old and accompanied by an adult are free," according to Seacoastonline.
"This is a good opportunity to field test a new pizza, market your establishment and help raise money for children's charities. It becomes a win-win situation," said Kiwanis Club president and Pizza Bowl chairman Bill Smith.
The Exeter Area Kiwanis Club is sponsoring this event to raise much needed funds for local children's charities. Eleven of the community's favorite local pizzerias will be supplying nearly 150 pizzas. Participants can eat all the pizza they want, and then vote for who they believe makes the best pizza in the Exeter area. Local children's charities will receive the proceeds from the event.
"We are always happy to be involved in community fund-raisers and this also raises awareness about the Kiwanis Club and the work they do," said Kirsten Moskowitz, owner of the Domino's Pizza in Stratham, ahead of last year's event."
The Pizza Bowl will take place at the Cooperative Middle School in Stratham, from noon to 2 p.m. Although you can only vote once, you can come early and eat often.
