According to Forbes.com, ” Domino’s Pizza said on Tuesday that it named Gregory A. Trojan and Jim Goldman to its board, effective Monday.”

“Trojan has been president and chief operating officer of music instrument retailer Guitar Center Inc. ( GTRC news people ) since 2007. From 1996 to 2006 he was president and CEO of House of Blues Entertainment Inc. He was also CEO of California Pizza Kitchen ( CPKI news people ) for two years while at Pepsico Inc. ( PEP news people ), where he worked from 1990 to 1996.  Goldman has been president and CEO of Godiva Chocolatier Inc. since 2004. He was president of the Foods and Beverage Division at Campbell Soup Co. ( CPB news people ) from 2001 to 2004, and worked in various executive positions at Nabisco Inc. from 1992 to 2000. Domino’s shares rose 65 cents, or 5.1 percent, to close at $13.39. They rose another 2 cents to $13.41 in late trading.”
