According to Wine Magazine, “Celeb chef-designed pizzas created by six local chefs will be all the rage at Col’Cacchio pizzeria branches between April and September.”

“Five rand from each pizza ordered will go to the Children’s Hospital Trust at Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital and funds raised during 2010 will upgrade its burns unit. Rust en Vrede’s David Higgs kicks off May with Mexico’s ‘Nacho Libre’ of jerk-spiced chicken, guacamole, tomato salsa and sour cream.”

“Jodi-Ann Pearton designed the ‘bunny chow’ for June with tandoori chicken, tomato chow and Mrs Balls chutney. Franck Dangereux of The Foodbarn supports France in July with ‘La Zizou’ pizza featuring seven-hour stewed lamb, Balsamic tomatoes, spring onions, garlic and basil mayo.”

“The Westcliff ‘s Nicky Gibbs introduces an Argentinian ‘El Gaucho’ cheese-free pizza in August with rump-steak stew, chimichurri, rocket and sliced red onions.”
