According to a news report from DailyNewsTribune.com, “Owners of The Upper Crust Pizzeria expect to open their sixth location at 435 Moody St. on Tuesday, taking over the former Panopticon Gallery.”
“We’ve been looking forward to opening here for quite some time,” said co-owner Brendan Higgins. “We look forward to meeting the residents and students of Waltham and becoming an active member of the community.” The new Waltham location will offer a full bar and five high-definition televisions, hoping to attract an after-work crowd to enjoy pizza, drinks and watch sports, according to Upper Crust CFO Dave Marcus,” said the story.
