A Pennsylvania pizza bandit was done in by his toilet paper robbery note after police matched it to his favorite brand at home.

Pittsburgh's local CBS affiliate reports on Pittsburgh.cbslocal.com that police matched a would-be pizza shop robber to a roll of toilet paper found in his western Pennsylvania home.

Uniontown police say 29-year-old Eric Frey tried to rob Michael Maria’s Pizza about 7:40 p.m. Dec. 29 by handing an employee a toilet-paper note saying and emanding $300.

Police arrived before Frey could leave because an employee hit a panic button.
