Ordering pizza just got a lot easier for guests at the Hampton Inn in Pensacola Beach, Florida, thanks to Piazza Pizza.

Piazza Pizza is located inside the hotel and offers delivery and carryout for guests, locals and visitors anywhere in the city Wednesdays through Sundays. Hampton Inn guests can get direct-to-room delivery with one-touch dialing.

A grand-opening event is coming this summer. An on-site dine-in option will be available once Gilligan’s Tiki Bar reopens at the hotel.

Specialty pies include the Spicy Hawaiian, boasting sweet pineapple and spicy jalapeños coupled with crumbled bacon and a touch of cream cheese. “It’s one of those pizza combinations that surprises people when they see it, but then it delights their taste buds and they can’t get enough,” Piazza Pizza Chef Jim Carruth said.

Carruth is a Pensacola native whose kitchen experience includes Jackson’s Steakhouse in Pensacola; Portofino Resort on Pensacola Beach; and the world-renowned Commander’s Palace in New Orleans. “We created each pizza we serve with our guests’ tastes in mind, and we’re proud of all of them,” he said. “Our pies are the freshest, best-tasting pizzas you’ll taste this summer and all year long.”

Piazza Pizza is owned by Innisfree Hotels, which owns Hampton Inn. Innisfree is the largest beachfront hotel owner-operator on the Gulf Coast, with 14 Gulf-front properties totaling 2,128 rooms.
