Valavanis recently directed the implementation of the Hot Rocks oven at the Chicago-based Rosati’s Pizza. His in-depth knowledge of the oven and experience with multi-unit restaurant franchises will be an asset to the company’s expansion.

Valavanis has already hit the ground running. He is based in the Chicago area and will be responsible for business development throughout the United States.
