Every dog owner knows this scene: you bring home a pizza, and your dog comes begging and belly-crawling for just a nibble of cheese. It’s a pitiful sight, but how can a pup resist?

Rose City Pizza in Rosemead, California has the solution: the Doggy Style pizza.

The canine-friendly pizza is baked with a whole-wheat, yeast-free crust, topped with roasted carrot purée, low-fat ricotta, and grilled and diced chicken, and garnished with a smattering of parsley.

“Dogs eat better than us,” Brian Nittayo, Rose City Pizza’s co-owner, said in a video posted on Insider.com. “It’s very nutritious, and it’s a great treat for them. We’re always into getting new customers, and now we have dog customers, so it’s pretty cool.”

A producer of the video commented that the pizza was “pretty bland,” but both of her dogs scarfed it down quicker than a tail can wag.
