According to Restaurants and Institutions magazine, “adult obesity rates are rising quickly, but what’s especially alarming is how fast kids are following suit, according to “F as in Fat: How Obesity Politics Are Failing in America,” a 2009 study released by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Trust for America’s Health.”
