Albertville, AL… Pizza Palz, Inc. a Jason Upton company announced today a partnership with Life South Community Blood Centers.

Jason Upton, President of Pizza Palz, Inc. is the Franchisee for Domino’s Pizza serving Albertville, Boaz and Guntersville in Marshall County as well as all of Etowah County. Upton announced that his 3 Marshall County locations have committed to donate up to 10,000 pizzas (or more) over the next 12 months to donors who give blood at Life South centers and drive locations in Albertville, Boaz and Guntersville as well as communities in close proximity.

Upton released the following statement “We are very excited about this partnership and the opportunity to work with Life South and support the vital service they provide to our community.”

Upton continued “I believe we have an obligation to give back to the community we do business in. We hope this is a way we can help increase awareness and ultimately raise donor numbers for Life South. It is one small way to thank those who give and insure that ample supplies are on hand for those in need.”

Laura Huges, Assistant Branch Manager with LifeSouth Community Blood Center, Inc., Marshall Region, stated, “Our donors have responded eagerly to the prospects of free pizza. It is wonderful to see how Domino’s and Mr. Upton have committed their resources to help replenish the blood supply to our local hospitals.

Life South donors will receive a card good for a free small 1 topping pizza on pick up at Domino’s locations in Albertville, Boaz and Guntersville.
