Melrose Park, IL – Four years ago, American Metalcraft introduced an extremely artistic
wrought iron basket line to the foodservice industry. Designed for serving rolls, breads,
fruits, and muffins, the baskets became part of American Metalcraft’s Ironworks line and
were an overnight success. The line quickly expanded to include different designs,
shapes, and configurations to meet the needs of various chains and restaurateurs. 
 
This year, American Metalcraft listened to more customer requests and added a stainless
steel line of scroll baskets to their popular basket group. Now, foodservice operators can 
choose from 18/8 stainless steel baskets and condiment caddies that feature ornate scroll
designs. Two round baskets, 8” and 9” in diameter, and an oval size measuring 6 ¾” x 9”
are available. Round condiment caddies feature convenient center handles that have a
slot for table numbers or promotional cards and are available in three sizes. The flat back
condiment holder is designed to be pushed against booth walls or to be paired back-to-
back with another holder. Back clips offer another means to hold menus or promotional
information.
