Edge Ovens is pleased to announce that Peter Goodman has joined the MF&B Restaurant Systems, Inc. team as VP of Sales & Marketing. Peter has over 30 year’s experience in the food service industry with the last 15 years focused on the pizza industry. He has been Director of Equipment Development for Domino’s Pizza LLC where he innovated many equipment solutions for the Domino’s system. Most recently he was VP of Sales & Marketing for XLT ovens.
Peter brings a wealth of knowledge having helped open thousands of pizzerias over the years with the likes of many of the top 100 pizza chains and hundreds of independent operators. From dealing with construction issues to dialing in the final bakes on pizza ovens, Peter has excelled at supporting end users in opening and operating profitable pizza operations.
