With snow flurries in the air Jimano’s Pizzeria in Plano opened the first week of February. Dan and Leigh joked with Jimmy OBerto, Franchise Founder, that he brought more than his Chicago-style pizza with him from the Windy City!
Starting with the made from scratch, hand-tossed dough, the robust pizza sauce, the lean meats, fresh ingredients and high quality cheeses, and finally to the sprinkle of secret spices that finishes off the pizza before it bakes to perfection in a revolving baker’s oven – you are in for a whole new experience!
