Now PMQ has invited our thousands of web visitors and industry friends to join us at FHC China 2007 (www.fhcchina.com), China’s largest food show, on November 14-16, 2007. The PMQ Pizza Industry Information Center will be a united pizza industry effort to educate and promote the pizza market in China and to help new entrepreneurs succeed in the business of pizza. The Pizza Industry Information Center will be a 90-square-meter area where nine sponsoring companies will present a common, pizza-specific and focused presence while creating greater publicity and visibility for all members of the group.

Finally, there is a place where prospective and experienced pizza operators can get the pizza information they need. Everything from dough to delivery, the Pizza Industry Information Center is a combined effort by PMQ Magazine, pizza industry experts and leading industry sponsors.

The pizza experts will host a culinary workshop for Chinese pizza operators looking for professional knowledge.
*The U.S. Pizza Team Performance
The U.S. Pizza Team will present their best acrobatic skills. They will also have demonstrations for the upcoming Chinese Pizza Team 2007.
*The Chinese Pizza Championship
First Annual Chinese Pizza Championship will be hosted in the Pizza Pavilion. You’ll meet Chinese media, independent and chain contestants trying to claim the title of best pizza maker in China. The best pizza maker will win a trip to New York City to represent China in the 4th Annual America’s Plate Gourmet Pizza competiton at PMQ’s New York Pizza Show.
*Pizza TV
Pizza TV will be on-site at the Pizza Pavilion to get footage for a video production. Bring your interesting marketing ideas, customer dramas and unusual funny tales from your pizzeria to be on camera! PMQ’s Pizza Magazine: China is the first and only pizza information publication dedicated to the pizza industry in China and printed entirely in Chinese. 10,000 Magazines will be distributed to spread the word about pizza, recipes, sources, etc. It will answer common questions asked by readers such as “Where can I find pizza ovens, cheese, toppings, distributors and delivery bags, etc.?” Many pizza operators will receive this indispensable pizza business guide while attending the FHC China 2007. We will be passing this guide out from our Pizza Industry Information Center and at additional distribution points at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
