Competitive pizza eating has reached an entirely new low with the British reality TV show, I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here. We’re not talking about gobbling down an oversized cheese pie or a pizza topped with scorpion peppers in three minutes or less. No, this was worse.
In fact, it was udderly vile.
In the November 20 episode of the hit show, contestants Nigel Farage, a politician and news presenter, and Nella Rose, a YouTube content creator, took part in the program’s Bushtucker Trial. The challenge: They had to eat pies from a so-called “jungle pizzeria,” and if you’re thinking monkey pepperoni as the topping, you’re wrong. That might actually be a scrumptious feast compared to what this “pizzeria” served. (Not to mention that the crust looks like a large, round saltine cracker.)
In a clip released online on Monday, Farage, the former leader of the UK Independent Party and a prominent Brexit supporter, was called upon to scarf down a slice of the “Marger-Teat-A” pizza.

The ingredients? “A camel’s udder and a sheep’s udder with a cow’s teat,” host Declan Donnelly explained.
“It’s bloomin’ tough,” Farage complained, as he took his second bite while Rose looked on in abject horror, then began to laugh uproariously.
“This looks quite moist, quite kind of creamy,” Donnelly noted, sounding a positive note.
“Uh-uh!” Rose exclaimed.
Farage simply mumbled and nodded agreeably as he dug into the concoction, betraying no strong aversion to the ingredients.
Rose, meanwhile, didn’t have it any better. Her pizza, called the Pepper-Groan-I, reportedly came topped with various insects, including cockroaches. However, that clip has not yet been shared with the public.
I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here takes the famous and sort-of-famous on adventures in jungle environments far away from the comforts of home. This season’s contestants—including American pop singer/actress Jamie Lynn Spears—were spirited away to the Australian outback. Fans of the show voted on Farage and Rose to take the pizza-eating challenge.
