Pizza Forum to Live-Bake Pies in Five Unique Ovens at Culinary Center
Premier event to feature best-in-class equipment, ingredients, instruction, and presentations.
Pecinka Ferri Associates, a leading Metro NY area manufacturer’s rep to the foodservice industry announced the first annual Pizza Forum taking place on Tuesday, May 28, at their Culinary Center at 3 Spielman Road, Fairfield, New Jersey, from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Five commercial pizza oven manufacturers and three commercial mixer factories are sponsoring and participating in the event. Six leading vendors will be on hand supporting the forum with exhibits, samples, and professional instruction from pizza industry experts.
Major equipment manufacturers: Bakers Pride, Blodgett Oven, Doyon, Globe, Marsal, Middleby Marshall, TurboChef, and Varimixer will go live at five demo areas dedicated to different style pizza ovens utilizing products from an exclusive group of invited food purveyors: Caputo flour, Stanislaus tomatoes, Grande cheese, and Fontini/Hormel. Also exhibiting will be American Metalcraft, Espresso Solution, and NY WaterMaker.
