The New York attorney general slapped Domino’s Pizza with a lawsuit claiming that the mega-chain and three franchisees underpaid workers at least $565,000 at ten stores around the state. It’s not the first time New York’s attorneys have gone after Domino’s franchise owners for alleged wage theft, but this suit directly targets the national corporation as well, and AG Eric Schneiderman says he hopes the case will set a legal precedent.
