Demonstration of the commercial stone conveyor pizza oven from Italy that has unseated impingement ovens in U.S. is still happening for a limited time. The TSB-gas is a conveyor oven designed and certified for the United States and Canada. The next event will be hosted March 29, 2016, at the Southern California Gas Company’s Energy Resource Center, located at 9240 Firestone Blvd., Downey, CA 90241.  The SoCalGas Energy Resource Center is a short drive from LAX airport.  

Corporate chefs, pizza chefs, owners, and operators with verification are invited to attend this demo and encouraged to bring your own ingredients if you wish to cook using the oven.

TSB stone conveyor ovens line is a new line of high-heat fast bake stone conveyor ovens available in both natural or LP gas and electric versions. Temperatures up to 850F. It can product as many as 163 fully cooked pizzas in per hour! TSB-gas having 24 inch wide conveyor belt and 45 inch long bake chamber, this oven now takes less time to cook, improves the quality of the product, and provides a consistent bake each time.  For more information about the oven please visit www.italforniusa.com.
