The Middleby Corporation acquires Marsal & Sons, Inc.

The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD) today announced it has acquired the assets of Marsal & Sons, Inc., a leading manufacturer of deck ovens based in Lindenhurst, New York with annual revenues of about  $5 million.
