Papa Murphy's introduces fresh pan pizza

Papa Murphy’s commitment to fresh ingredients now available in a pan pizza

Papa Murphy’s, voted #1 overall by Nation’s Restaurant News, announced the newest addition to its menu today: a bake-at-homeFresh Pan Pizza. Fresh Pan Pizza features a thick, buttery crust made from the scratch-made dough and high quality, freshly-prepared ingredients that Papa Murphy’s is famous for. Thanks to the magic combination of this dough and your home oven, the crust crisps perfectly in a take ‘n’ bake pan, leaving the outside golden brown and the inside light and airy.

“We know that one of the biggest challenges faced by families is getting a fresh made, high quality home-cooked dinner on the table every night, let alone a meal with fresh ingredients and vegetables,” said Ken Calwell, President and CEO of Papa Murphy’s. “Moms and dads now have a high quality, fresh made meal option they can be proud to serve.”

Like all of Papa Murphy’s pizzas, the Fresh Pan Pizza starts with dough, prepared fresh each day from flour, water and yeast. It’s topped with 100% whole-milk mozzarella, grated fresh in store, butcher-quality meats and garden-fresh vegetables that are sliced-by-hand every day. In fact, Papa Murphy’s commitment to freshness is so strong that none of its 1,425 nationwide locations have a freezer onsite.

“If you were going to make the perfect pizza, you’d make everything fresh and pull it hot and bubbling out of your home oven,” continued Calwell. “When our guests try our new ‘Fresh Pan Pizza’ they are going to taste the love that went into mixing the dough, cutting the vegetables and preparing the pizza that day. Everyone can taste the difference.”

Along with thin, original, and stuffed varieties, the Fresh Pan Pizza rounds out Papa Murphy’s menu of options, ensuring there’s a crust every member of the family will enjoy. The Fresh Pan Pizza bakes to perfection in about 15 minutes in a 425° oven. Check with locations near you for price and availability.
