In this installment of PMQ Live Update, Scott Wiener of New York-based Scott’s Pizza Tours talks about the impact restaurant closures are having on the local economy and how it has affected his pizza tour business. He also talks about the Pizza vs Pandemic project, which has raised over $620,000 to send front line workers pizza from independent pizzerias all over the country. He even discusses the future of pizza competitions!

“Forget what normal means, forget that word! I do think that we are going to rethink it,” Wiener tells Brian Hernandez. “Listen, what is a pizza competition? It’s testing up the skill level of a bunch of people. Can you do this completely online? I think so.”
