According to the Belfast Telegraph, "The former chief executive of the UK's biggest nightclub group is set to relaunch a famous pizza chain."
"Stephen Thomas, former head of Luminiar, will revive the Chicago Pizza Pie Factory restaurant brand, with the first outlet set to open within 12 months. Thomas is thought to be working with Hotbed, the Milton Keynes-based private investor network, to deliver third-party funding for the project. Mr. Thomas has already registered an investment vehicle, No Saints, for the rollout of Chicago Pizza Pie Factory in locations with high footfall, such as retail parks."
