Ingredients:
16 oz. dough ball
5 oz. pizza sauce
12 oz. mozzarella-provolone mild blend, shredded or diced
3 oz. tomato slices
2.5 oz green pepper, sliced
1.5 oz onion, chopped
1.5 oz, black olives, sliced
1.5 oz mushrooms, sliced
Directions:
Place pizza dough on a flat surface and roll to 14″ diameter. Spread pizza sauce on the pizza dough, leaving a 3/4″ border around the edge of the pie. Layer with the mozzarella-provolone blend. Top with tomatoes, green peppers, onions, olives and mushrooms.
Bake in a pre-heated 500F deck oven for 5.5 minutes, or a preheated 460F impinger oven for 5.5 minutes.
