Via 313 is bringing back a specialty pizza that folks in Austin, Texas, including University of Texas students, can never get enough of. But they’ll have to be in the right place at the right time to enjoy it.
The Detroit-style pizza chain announced the return of Garbo’s Queen Lobster Pizza for three limited-time appearances in Austin this summer.
Priced at $40, the specialty pizza features bacon, cheese, arugula, butter-poached Maine lobster, and Garbo’s seasoning.
The pizza will be available at three Via 313 restaurants, with one appearance scheduled for each location:
- North Campus: August 5
- East Side: August 19
- Oak Hill: September 2
Each event will begin at 3 p.m. and continue until supplies sell out. All three dates fall on Wednesdays, when Via 313 also offers half-priced wine.
The Queen Lobster Pizza previously developed a following among Austin customers. Its return is part of a limited-run promotion built around the revived menu item.
