Now under new ownership, California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) today announced a broad expansion to its main entrée lineup for a limited time only. Launching at locations nationwide, the menu features five chef-created dishes as well as four fresh and fizzy spritz cocktails.
The new main entrées include the following:
- Hearth Oven Short Rib Lasagna: A modern twist on a comfort classic, this single-layer, full-sheet lasagna features tender braised short rib, creamy garlic sauce and fresh mozzarella, hearth-baked for crispy edges all around.
- Hearth Oven Spinach, Artichoke & Mushroom Lasagna: Spinach, artichoke and mushrooms, hearth baked with the same creamy garlic sauce and crispy edges
- Filet Skewers with Chimichurri Duo: Flame-grilled filet skewers paired with both green and red chimichurri, served with onion rings and charred broccolini
- Peruvian Pan-Roasted Chicken: Bone-in, crispy-skinned chicken breast finished with aji verde sauce, accompanied by cilantro-lime-cumin rice and pickled red onions
- Cedar Plank Salmon over Thai Crispy Rice Salad: CPK’s signature cedar-planked salmon roasted in the hearth oven and served over a salad of jasmine rice, shiitake mushrooms, sugar snap peas, basil, chili and scallions

Just like our pizzas and pastas, these entrées bring exciting flavors to the table while staying grounded in the familiar cooking techniques CPK fans know and love,” said Chef Paul Pszybylski, CPK’s vice president of culinary innovation. “We’ve drawn inspiration from kitchens around the world, then really showcased what our hearth ovens and CPK kitchens can do.”
CPK’s limited-time spritz cocktails all feature premium La Marca Prosecco. They include:
- Lavender Lemon Spritz: Skyy vodka, lavender, lemonade and prosecco topped with dried citrus and flowers
- Blueberry Elderflower Spritz: Sweet blueberries and floral elderflower meet lemonade and prosecco
- Hugo Spritz: A light, floral spritz made with St. Germain, prosecco, fresh mint and lime
- Aperol Spritz: Our take on the Italian classic – Aperol, prosecco and finished with a fresh orange slice
