Seba’s Restaurant, one of Costa Rica’s most beloved farm-to-table dining destinations, is relocating to a stunning new setting in Uvita, just steps from an iconic waterfall. The grand reopening is scheduled for the first week of November 2025.

Founded by Chef Sebastián Gallucci and Michelle Dimillo, Seba’s has become renowned for its award-winning pizzas, signature open-fire cuisine and warm, welcoming atmosphere. This move marks a major milestone in the restaurant’s journey, offering guests an even more immersive and memorable dining experience, the owners said.

“This move allows us to do what we love without limitations. With more space to grow as an award-winning restaurant, we are ready to create absolute magic,” said Chef Gallucci, who was featured on PMQ.com in June 2024 (see the link below). “The new Seba’s reflects our heart and passion—surrounded by nature, with vibrant energy and new ways for people to enjoy food, music and community.”

The new location features lush tropical gardens, expanded parking, upgraded amenities, and a design tailored for memorable gatherings. Guests can look forward to open-air dining, live music and the same beloved dishes—now reimagined in a setting crafted to elevate every moment.

Sebas has become a fixture on international best-pizzeria lists. 50 Top Pizza has named it one of the best pizzerias in Latin America two years in a row, while the Milan-based Best Pizza Awards ranked it this year at No. 94 in the world.

To celebrate the reopening, Seba’s will host a week of special events and exclusive promotions. Full details will be announced on Instagram @sebasrestaurant.
