Woodstock’s Pizza has named Tony Dellamano as Chief Operating Officer.

Dellamano brings to the table more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, ranging from quick service to fast casual and fine dining concepts. Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Fresh Brothers Pizza in Los Angeles.

“Woodstock’s Pizza is the iconic college pizzeria brand that holds a special place in the hearts of many people, including my own. I first experienced Woodstock’s Pizza as a UC Davis student 25 years ago and have been a fan ever since,” said Dellamano.

Woodstock’s Pizza was founded in 1978 and is headquartered in San Diego, California. Under co-owners Jeff and Laura Ambrose, the student-oriented eatery was voted the No.2 Independent Pizzeria in the Nation and has become a staple of college towns up and down the California coast.

“I am thrilled to be a part of the team and will work to carry Woodstock’s legendary culture forward as we expand into new college markets,” added Dellamano.

Dellamano holds a Masters of Management degree from Cornell University. He will now be leading Woodstock’s Pizza towards increased profits and growth as he oversees the company’s business operations.
