Currently in the works comes Olio Pizzeria on 3rd and Pizzeria Il Fico on Robertson, and now downtownsters can brace for Pizzeria Urbano, a concept conceived by Michael Leko and Peter Gedde. That first name might sound familiar because Leko co-owners Library Bar with Will Shamlian and the two are also working on that new cafe, CoffeeBar. Anyway, Pizzeria Urbano will take over Wolfgang Puck L.A. Bistro at 6th and Hope, and word on the street is that this deal is currently in escrow with Wolfie’s slated to shutter in December“
