New Stores Open in Cleveland and St. Louis
MORRISTOWN, NJ – Villa Enterprises and its affiliates, one of the country’s fastest growing franchisors of multiple restaurant concepts, is proud to announce the opening of two new Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen’s in the Midwest.

On November 24, Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen opened in Beachwood, Ohio. The new store opened in Beachwood Mall, which is one of the premier malls in the Cleveland area. This is the seventh Villa store in the state of Ohio.

On November 26, Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen opened at the St. Louis Galleria in St. Louis, Missouri. “We have successfully opened our first store in the St. Louis market and look forward to future expansion in the area,” says Michael Haertel, District Manager for Villa Enterprises.

In the past five years, Villa Enterprises and its affiliates have more than doubled in size. Villa Enterprises and its affiliates now have over 300 stores in 38 states and six countries with approximately sixty percent of the locations being corporately managed. In addition to Villa and Cozzoli’s Pizza®, Villa Enterprises and affiliates operate Casa Java (sm) and the Everything Yogurt Brands, which include Green Leaf’s (sm), Bananas® and South Philly Steaks & Fries®.
