New Stores Open in Round Rock and Eagle Pass
MORRISTOWN, NJ – Villa Enterprises and its affiliates, one of the country’s fastest growing franchisors of multiple restaurant concepts, is proud to announce the opening of two new Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen’s in Texas.
On November 29, Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen opened in Eagle Pass, Texas. This location is located adjacently to the Mexican City of Piedras Negras, which translates to “Black Rocks.’ The location sees a large influx of Mexican visitors that frequent the mall and the brand new Villa restaurant. This proximity to Mexico comes at a great time, as Villa is preparing to open its first restaurants in Mexico in the near future. This is a franchise location, and is owned and operated by Rudy Valdez. Mr. Valdez has been in the restaurant business for most of his life, and is a longtime resident of Eagle Pass.

This is the second Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen to open recently in Texas. On August 3, a new location opened in Round Rock, Texas at the Premium Outlets. This is a brand new outlet mall owned by Chelsea Property Group. It is a beautiful open-air lifestyle center that Villa is proud to be a part of.
In the past five years, Villa Enterprises and its affiliates have more than doubled in size. Villa Enterprises and its affiliates now have over 300 stores in 38 states and six countries with approximately sixty percent of the locations being corporately managed.
