announced it has taken over operation and management of the entire food
court at Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem located in Bethlehem Pennsylvania.
Sands turned over operations of the food court to Villa Enterprises along
with overall management responsibilities for the 5770 square foot space on
November 1, 2009.

operate and manage the expansive food court at its Sands Casino Resort
Bethlehem where each of our quick service restaurant concepts will be

our partnership with Sands Resort Casino Bethlehem is a prudent move for

Beginning in 2010, Villa Enterprises will transition the current restaurant
space within the food court into its own quick service restaurant brands.
Guests of Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem will have access to five unique
Villa restaurant concepts; Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen (authentic Italian
cuisine), Green Leaf’s (healthy salad’s and wraps), Banana’s (smoothie
destination), South Philly Steak & Fries and Casa Java (coffee destination).
The Company also noted it will keep open an existing Sushi concept due to
its popularity at the Casino.
To prepare for this change in management, Villa Enterprises staffed each of
the unbranded restaurant concept locations with its own trained employees,
some from corporate, and others hired locally.
The Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem is located 82 miles from New York, 50
miles from Philadelphia and 12 miles from New Jersey.
