Via 313, the Detroit-style pizza chain headquartered in Austin, Texas, has rolled out a new limited-time menu running through August 2. This seasonal lineup features bold, shareable bites and refreshing sips for everything from patio hangs to group gatherings.
Leading the menu is the all-new Elote Pizza (starting at $16 for a small), described as a craveable twist on street corn topped with roasted corn, bacon, cotija, Tajin and cilantro lime ranch.
Also joining the lineup:
- Meat & Cheese Boards ($19) loaded with a curated selection of cheeses, cured meats, fruit, jam and house-made bites, designed for graduation parties, family gatherings and end-of-school celebrations
- Banana Pudding ($6) layered with fresh bananas, vanilla whipped pudding, wafers, Oreos and caramel sauce
To sip, guests can enjoy two new cocktails: the Strawberry Coupe Deville with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Aperol, strawberry, lemon and orange flower water, and the Yuzu Firestarter featuring ghost spicy tequila, yuzu, agave, lime and a house yuzu Tajin rim.
Elote pizzas have become something of a trend over the past couple of years, appearing as pizzas of the month or LTOs on many pizzeria menus. The dish is inspired by Mexican street corn and boasts spicy and tangy flavors with a creamy texture.
Once a humble food trailer built for just $30,000, Via 313, founded by brothers Zane and Brandon Hunt, now has 26 locations in several western states and celebrated its 15th anniversary earlier this year. In fact, the city of Austin officially designated March 13 as Via 313 Pizzeria Day.
