According to a news report from Nation’s Restaurant News, “Uno Chicago Grill said Wednesday it is showcasing lobster in a series of menu items this summer.”

“As part of its Best of Summer Starring Lobster menu, the 200-unit casual-dining chain is offering lobster sliders and a lobster roll that feature the meat of one-and-one-quarter pound Maine lobster served either New England style, with mayonnaise and lettuce, or with tarragon mayonnaise, bacon and lettuce. The sliders, available in portions of two or three to a plate, are priced at $13.29 and $18.29, respectively. The roll sells for $16.79.The menu is available until Sept. 20,” the story said.
