Following a successful soft opening, Two Boots Pizza in Jersey City will celebrate their grand opening with a party tonight, featuring free pizzas and live music from Dave Rudbarg & Friends,” according to NJ.com.
“The first New Jersey location at 133 Newark Ave. is also the Manhattan-based pizzeria’s 14th store to open nationwide.
Described as “Louisiana-inspired pizza,” newest addition to restaurant row features a signature dish named after the city’s very own Boss Hague.
Topped with a mix of fresh clams, tasso (a smoked Cajun ham), garlic, provolone, mozzarella, parmesan and parsley, the Boss Hague pizza reflects the late mayor’s dish of choice — clam chowder.”
