President Donald Trump has taken the plunge into the pizza business, according to a recent post on Trump Tower’s Instagram and Facebook accounts. That makes Trump, who famously promoted Pizza Hut in a TV commercial in 1995, the first U.S. president to own a pizza restaurant.

Few details about Trump Tower’s new pizza offering have been provided thus far. One of the social media post’s two photos depicts a man peeling a pizza into an oven featuring Trump’s white-marble-and-gold aesthetic and the words “Trump Pizza.” A second photo showcases a variety of whole pies, including a pepperoni, a sausage and red pepper combo, and a Margherita with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and snips of basil.

The post promises that Trump Pizza, housed inside Trump Café, is “where New York tradition meets Italian craftsmanship” and invites guests to “indulge in our signature brick oven pizza, exclusively at Trump Tower.”

Trump Tower’s website announced that Trump Café has recently undergone “an exciting upgrade and renovation and is once again open to the public.”

“We look forward to welcoming you to Trump Tower for our new menu and dining experience, including a brand new stone pizza oven, premium salads and sandwiches, gourmet espresso bar, hot food and more,” the website states.

The comments section on the Instagram post offers one tantalizing clue about the pizza. Domenico Tolomeo, owner of the @mimmo_pizzaiolo account and a corporate chef with New Jersey-based Orlando Foods, hinted that he played a role in Trump Pizza’s menu. “Such a cool experience working with you guys and developing this recipe,” Tolomeo wrote. “Pizza looks great!”

In a follow-up comment, responding to Long Island, New York pizzaiola Victoria Tiso’s joke about “All Trump” flour, Tolomeo wrote, “Thank God I switched them to all Caputo [a] couple months ago.”

Tolomeo certainly brings strong credentials to Trump Pizza. He studied the pizza-making craft under master pizzaiolo Roberto Caporuscio, served as capo pizzaiolo at Caporuscio’s esteemed Kesté Pizza e Vino and earned his certification from the AVPN.

Trump Pizza’s menu hasn’t been released online yet.

Curiously, Trump once reportedly said he wasn’t a big fan of pizza crusts—for dietary reasons. In August 2018, Serious Eats quoted Trump as saying he eats pizza with a fork because “you can take the top of the pizza off [so] you’re not just eating the crust. I like not to eat the crust so that we keep the weight down, at least as good as possible.”
