According to RawStory.com, “Comedy Central’s Jon Stewart mocked Donald Trump Wednesday for eating pizza with a fork during his dinner with Sarah Palin.”

“’Based on how you eat pizza, Donald, I want to see your long form birth certificate. I don’t think you were really born in New York,’ Stewart joked. Trump seemed to be responding directly to Stewart when he defended his eating style in a video posted to YouTube. ‘A lot of people are asking about why am I using plastic forks and knives that the pizza parlor gave,’ Trump noted. ‘Well, I don’t walk around with forks and knives and frankly it was very confortable.’”
