Inspired by PMQ’s senior media producer Blake Harris and developed on the spot by our own PMQ Pizza Kitchen chef, Brian Hernandez, the Triple Impear-Mint pizza features two types of cheese from our friends at Galbani – Galbani Premio Shredded Mozzarella and Galbani Whole Milk Ricotta – plus a Parmesan cream sauce, diced pears and mint leaves.
