Toppers Pizza Selects Intura Vision as Corporate Standard for Point-of-Sale

ARLINGTON, TX — (MARKET WIRE) — February 16, 2007 — Intura Solutions, LP (Intura), a leading supplier of point-of-sale (POS) and business management software for quick service, fast casual and delivery restaurant concepts, today announced that Toppers Pizza of Whitewater, Wisconsin, has selected the Intura Vision point-of-sale solution from Intura as their corporate standard.

“As a growing franchise company, it is essential to have a great POS system. It is an important part of the system we are selling to new franchisees,” stated Scott Gittrich, president of Toppers Pizza. “In the testing stages we reviewed several different POS vendors. Intura revealed itself to be a perfect fit for our unique concept. We need a POS system that can ‘do it all’ and is completely intuitive for our team members to operate.”

Toppers Pizza began using Intura’s legacy POS system known as Sell More Pizzas in 1996. Although this platform served Toppers Pizza well for a number of years, the desire to take advantage of new features in the Intura Vision product led them to begin testing the application in one of their corporate stores. As the evaluation expanded to additional corporate sites and then franchisees, Toppers Pizza selected Intura Vision as the corporate standard POS solution.

“Intura is proud to have Toppers Pizza as one of our valued customers and are committed to providing them with the products and services they require to successfully continue the growth of their company,” stated Gary W. Peek II, president of Intura. “Intura Vision brings more powerful features to Toppers Pizza than our legacy product such as integrated credit card processing, accounts receivable management and our integrated mapping system with Store-to-Door delivery directions.”

“In Intura we have a ‘true partner.’ They value our business, our challenges, and work hard to make sure that Intura Vision meets our changing business needs,” Gittrich continued. “We are very confident that the Intura Vision platform is the product that best suits the complex needs of our system and franchisees.”

In addition, Toppers Pizza recently started evaluating Intura Enterprise, a web-based corporate communications portal and data warehouse for multi-unit restaurant organizations that provides decision operations support and disaster recovery solutions all in one package.
