Franchisees John Kubisiak and Greg Morrison, who also own a Toppers Pizza in Wauwatosa, have finalized a franchise agreement and are expected to open their 2nd store in Brookfield, WI in the next several months.

“We are extremely excited that Greg and John are growing into their second location, they are outstanding operators with their Wauwatosa store and we know  they will continue their success and do the Toppers name proud in Brookfield,” says president Scott Gittrich. Kubisiak graduated from UW-Whitewater with a BA in Finance and Morrison with a BA in Mathematics.
 
Toppers Pizza uses fresh, high quality, hand prepared ingredients. They cut their own vegetables and sell only the highest quality meats and real Wisconsin cheeses. Toppers prepares their dough and sauce fresh, from scratch, in each store’s kitchen.
 
The menu features 17 different gourmet pizzas along with the more usual assortment of more traditional ³toppers². The franchise¹s signature product line is the popular TopperstixTM.
