Thompson Restaurants, a subset of Thompson Hospitality and owner of Washington, D.C.-based Wiseguy Pizza and matchbox, says its new Thompson Table Rewards Program is a game-changer that will “significantly elevate guest engagement and deliver enhanced value to diners across all brands and locations.”

Led by president and founder Warren Thompson, Thompson Restaurants owns and operates 15 brands with more than 65 locations in D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Ohio and Florida. In addition to Wiseguy Pizza and matchbox, its portfolio includes Makers Union, Big Buns Damn Good Burgers, Hen Quarter, Milk & Honey and others.

The new rewards program will roll out in phases, beginning with a soft launch this month, followed by a full official launch in the coming weeks. It will unify all Thompson Restaurant brands under one seamless system, allowing customers to earn and redeem points across multiple locations and concepts, including online ordering and catering services.

Guests, who can sign up for free, will earn 1 point per $1 spent, with redemption milestones including:

  • 125 points = Free Dessert (up to $14)
  • 175 points = Free Appetizer (up to $18)
  • 250 points = $10 Reward
  • 1000 points = $50 Reward

Beyond everyday rewards, Thompson Table Rewards members enjoy special bonuses, including a $5 registration reward when they enroll in the program and a free birthday dessert.

The program’s launch is “an exciting milestone and the next phase in our tech revolution for Thompson Restaurants,” said Alex Berentzen, Thompson Restaurants’ chief operating officer. “We want our guests to think of us as the regional trusted group for any occasion and reward them for it, and this program is designed to provide more value, convenience, and a connected dining experience across all of our brands.”
