On Valentine's Day, Mallie's Sports Grill & Bar in Southgate, Michigan, created a 72" pizza in an attempt to break the current Guinness World Record for largest delivery pizza, according to The News Herald. The pizza was donated to the Southgate Fire Department.
The current record holder is Big Mama's & Papa's Pizzeria in Los Angeles, with a 54" deliverable pizza.
Mallie's owner, Steve Mallie, says that customers can order a 72" cheese pizza for outdoor gatherings (the pizza won't fit through a standard door) for just $300 (additional toppings extra).
Confirmation of the Guinness World Record will not be available for at least a few weeks.
